my blender has not been working well since the drive pin wore out and the blades did not want to spin. I thought that i had to buy a new blender to replace mine so after asking a former bartender, i found out that the parts are availabe for sale on a websight called goodmans. i ordered the part...

Never too late. Thay have great trips..all different levels. Mine was 7 days in Appalachian Trails...middle of the winter New England..no stove ..just matches and no tent...just a tarp. Glad I did it but now I like to ruff it at the Spa :0)

It is a fat burner stimulant. It is great first thing in the morning before your workout. I wouldn't take it after 3pm it is pretty potent. I cycle it in and out with other fat burners to keep it working. I also take anadrox and take off from MHP. Let me know if you try it. Don't if I told you this already but if you call them and mention my name they will give you 50% off.

Oh...it really varies. This past weekend I was supporting friends at the marathon. Really awesome time.
