How I Started:
me and a good friend chris oneal just wanted to stay in shape so we went and enrolled at the local gym in va beach and just stuck with it...ok now im in WI its all good though they have a dungen for a gym just what i need..i dropped down to 210 solid..i cant complain.. now i have time to move up to 260 and drop down to 230 solid..heheheheheh watch this......i am a beast.....and will push forever...
Why I Love It:
cause when want to leave the rest of society behind..and when I just don't want to deal with fake people..and when iv had a bad day I push and pull and fall into a world with were its just me and 45lb plates and I love the way I feel after a great work out, I love the way I look in a tank top, hell I just love everything about it. Hell Im big on staying in shape and I enjoy the environment and i love the people. I have always found great friends in the process, so for all you on the site your all good peeps.... I will push and pull till I die...will you..
How I Stay Motivated:
I go to the gym and look in the mirror. and I love the way it makes me feel, along with the people, I will never work on my cutzzts, but I will always be happy with the way I look.. so keep pushin and stay in the gym....
BB Accomplishments:
watching my vains get bigger..lol along with my shoulders and biceps and qauds...hahahahahahahahha....I love this.....I will never stop....hahahahahahah...I cant wait till im 260......3 months ...watch this...hahahahahahh...

all i can say is god dammmm!!!! im growin like a weed stickin to the basics, got stuckĀ at 220 for a minute and had to grab arnolds encyclopedia for some refresher lessons to switch it up did the job bangin down the calories hittin the gym see ya..in two months..pushin hard.
I start with chest any day of the week with incline bench always for at least 3 weeks to build the upper strength and mass then flat bench then decline for my barbell bench presses
I will do 6 sets on each starting with a weight i can lift 8 times max then ending with a weight I know i can...

Hi, its going great! My back is sore though and i think its mainly from the chin ups i have been adding into my routine along with MORE pushups. Yeah the hard ones!
