The summer before middle school i got a little pudgy and then went to being extremely thin. I didn't like the fact that i wasn't in control of my body, so i took matters into my own hands and have been lifting on and off since 7th grade. I've been training non-stop for the past 8 months as of today (july 2007).
Why I Love It:
I love the feeling i get when i see that my muscles have grown or that my bodyfat has gone down :)
How I Stay Motivated:
I have no clue to be honest, there's just something deep down inside me that won't let me stop!
BB Accomplishments:
gaining 20lbs in the last 8 months.

lol, I can't believe I used to think i was in great shape at the time!
I want to finish of my first cycle of triphase training Eventually, I want to be able to be able to squat 200 lbs, Deadlift 225lbs, bench 175lbs, Row 150 lbs, and military press 135lbs.
Update: I can squat 195 for 3 sets of 6, deadlift 225 for a set of 6, ive benched 175 for a set of 3, and MP 100 at 3x6.
Time to cut now. I've decided i want to get around 12-14% bodyfat, so that means losing about 30 lbs of fat. I estimate this will take 4-5 months.
I went on a WAY dirty bulk and gained WAY too much fat. On top of that, I haven't really gone on a serious cut in over a year (about 15-16 months). Sure i cut for 2 weeks here and maybe 4 weeks there, but I haven't gone on an extended cut because...
hey! thanks for the comment. I'm approximately 7-10 lbs from my goal. Stress, school, life and stuff has detered me from my diet and exercise a little bit, but I'm back on track. If I can continue at 1 lb a week for the next 10 weeks I'll be at my goal!! You have amazing progress pictures!
