How I Started:
The summer before middle school i got a little pudgy and then went to being extremely thin. I didn't like the fact that i wasn't in control of my body, so i took matters into my own hands and have been lifting on and off since 7th grade. I've been training non-stop for the past 8 months as of today (july 2007).
Why I Love It:
I love the feeling i get when i see that my muscles have grown or that my bodyfat has gone down :)
How I Stay Motivated:
I have no clue to be honest, there's just something deep down inside me that won't let me stop!

gaining 20lbs in the last 8 months.

Eventually, I want to be able to be able to squat 200 lbs, Deadlift 225lbs, bench 175lbs, Row 150 lbs, and military press 135lbs (all for reps, preferably)
I eventually want to get some decent mass at a bodyfat level of about 12.5%. I'm 5'7" so maybe 155 lbs would be good. If I decide i'm still not where I want to be, I can always keep bulking!
I'm currently still in the midst of cutting. I went from 177 to my present 158.6. I will continue cutting to about 15% body fat which means I'll probably end up having to drop to 140. I'll then slow bulk until i get to 20% bodyfat, and then cut again. I'll repeat this as necessary. Whew, this is starting to get confusing. Let me just get back to cutting for now!

It seems like i've been losing only minimal amounts of fat as of late. I've tried increasing cardio, decreasing cals, HIIT, Carb cycling... I still can't seem to lose more than 0.2lbs/week. I used to be losing 1-1.2lbs/week! Should I take a break from cutting to reset my metabolism? If this...
Ya, my first two years consisted of gen chem, bio, organic chem, anatomy and all those more basic courses. I'm crazy into the drug information now though with pharmacology and medicinal chemistry, also my new favorite class to hate: pharmaceutics/biopharmaceutics .
Yup, I just finished one up in a hospital, and I think that made me decide on consulting/hospital pharmacy. The 6 years will go by so quickly you'll wonder where the time went! It's crazy. I first came to school here thinking, what the hell is wrong with me? 6 years!! Now I'm scheduling my 5th year classes already. hah
Hi ive noticed ur in school to be a pharmasist and i was just wondering as to how many years of schooling is necessary to become a pharmasist because i am very interested but am unsure as to what kind/how long schooling is..please respond if u dont mind :) thanks
