I've been in gym's lifting since I was 15, always tried to make a major change, but never quite achieved my goals each time. So, each time I was disappointed.
Not this time however. I remembered that my Mum always had bodybuilding books around the house n specifically I remember images of Arnold. He said that he learned how to be a success in life through the lessons he learned in bodybuilding.

It's been a long time since I wrote here. My son is arriving in 3 wks, so I'm really excited about that.

Well, I'm not from Newbridge but according to Google Maps there are several gyms. The best sounding (and be aware I am only going by name) are: Body Blast at 5 Pentwyn Rd, Unique Health and Fitness in Hall St and Planet Fitness at Britannia Centre for Enterprise, Pengam Rd.
