How I Started:
Ive been hit and miss with my weight and fitness, but i started to get determined to eat better, lose fat and gain muscle.
Why I Love It:
It gives me a goal to work towards and i enjoy seeing the actual results, its amazing to see how the body transforms with work.
How I Stay Motivated:
Its cliche but i go with the, Im not done yet, and the, Life is always hard, but Ill be harder. its my mottos i say as i go.
BB Accomplishments:
I lost 2lbs total, ive gained about 5lbs of muscle and lost about 3lbs of fat and defined my body, but have a long way to go.

Would love to be more fit and athletic, always liked parkour, but im not in the best of shape for it. Would also like to compete in the Ironman by the time im 40. Long term goals, but I hope to achieve them in some form or another.

So I used to hate cardio...still think I do, but I started to do the tred mill after my workout.

Started to do the tred mill with just the quickstart and running for 20 minutes at 5mph.

Well today I started to make it harder, challenge myself. In those 20 minutes I would up the speed 0.1...
