Gain significant lean mass on my lats, pecs, delts and arms - enough to stretch my (new style) rugby top.
Goal (Long):
First stop - stretch my rugby top by end of August. Then raise the bar some more.
No body fat gains during the bulking.
Follow this with a month of definition to show some abs and then do a photo shoot before Christmas.
Those photos will get me transformation of the year 2009.
Weight Goal:
I want to GAIN 4 kg

10%

So - you want to build mass? What are you willing to pay to achieve that goal? You'll go to the gym religiously, lift hard and heavy, stick to your diet - well HELLO! Welcome to the club - EVERYONE here is doing that to get their goals.
You may see more results (increase in strength and mass) if increase the weight and try to work within the 5-8 rep range. Get some straps if you need to. Because this is a total body lift you should be deadlifting a significantly greater weight than what you squat.
