Good. I'm up to 220lbs now and really trying to add some muscle. Plus I've started lifting with my brother-in-law to help push me. How has your off season been going? Are you going to do any more shows?
get several opinions before you do surgery..i heard surgery on some occasions makes it worse. there are other ways to releive pressure on your nerves..but im not familiar with your injury. my suggestion man...google around and see/read about others experiences before you get surgery
sorry to hear that man! well i was still training...the 1st 3 or 4 weeks i gradually got weaker but after that i started to gain my strength back. its very simular to what happened after my pec tear surgery...mind and muscle wasnt connecting. over time it came together..i was determined. im seeing the chiro twice a month and im very cautious on how i execute my exercises/ posture
Thanks for the comment! Not sure what my weight was because I competed in height class. (short class) But I am guessing my weight around 158-160? Stay focused in the gym and more important keep your focus out of the gym! The best of luck!
natural mn, thats a good show. yeah man the best advise to give beginners is DONT WORRY ABOUT SIZE! just worry about coming in the best condition as possible.
good luck man, i'll be at the show..as a spectator
