Week 7 is the Spartan Workout - 300 exercises total, 30 reps of 10 different exercises done with little or no break. This week is medium intensity, but I can't do 30 pullups in a row, so I have to break that into probably 3 routines of 10 or so pullups.
I am now seeing more and more the importance of weight training, and am going to have to break down and join a gym to get to the next level.
