My Workout Program View My Full Workout Program

My Workout Program

Iwantsixpackabs.com + 2 days a week cardio. All my workouts are done at home with bands, dumbbells, pilates ball, and bodyweight. Currently deciding on a gym so I can up my resistance training. Probably start this after week 16 (currently on Week 7).

Week 7 is the Spartan Workout - 300 exercises total, 30 reps of 10 different exercises done with little or no break. This week is medium intensity, but I can't do 30 pullups in a row, so I have to break that into probably 3 routines of 10 or so pullups.

I am now seeing more and more the importance of weight training, and am going to have to break down and join a gym to get to the next level.

The Reason For This Workout Profile

I told myself I'd never do this.  I am more antisocial online than in the real world.  But I am doing this for myself rather than anyone else.  I figure if I keep track of my workout  progress I will work that much harder at it.  I started out five years ago, out of shape, depressed, and my body out of whack.  Spent these years going to shrinks, quackerpractors, and trying countless things to get my mood up and my body back in sync.  Finally in 2008 I started working out on I Want Six Pack Abs workout, and I noticed great results.  Unfortunately when win...
