I started out as a gymnast and track athlete. I later got into cheerleading and dance. I cheered in college and wanted to maintain a nice physique and I was looking for another avenue to perform.
Why I Love It:
I love the way working out makes me feel. I get energy and a great rush from training. I really like how my body is shaping up. My goal is to be a really hot and healthy grandmother someday. I love the fact that I've been able to maintain my athleticism.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by keeping in touch with my friends in the industry, staying up to day with the latest fitness news and checking out the magazines. My goal is to be recognized a one of the top athletes in fitness. I love what I get to do. Why not be the best at it?

Everything is going well here. I have about two months left here in Iraq. I can't wait to get out of here. I can't believe it's been over a year already since I've been here. You know what they say, time flys when your having fun right! How was the Olympia? Hope all is well.
