When I Started:
Sep, 2009
How I Started:
I started working out at home because I want to stop smoking. After doing push-ups or sit-ups, cigarettes don't taste as well as they usually do. I also have to admit that I'm very fond of muscular women, they're kind of inspiration to me (btw: Thanks to all well developed girls out there). I know this sounds a little bit crazy (especially from a guy), but that's the way it is. I now have some goals and I hope, some of you within this community will help me achieve them.
Why I Love It:
There's yet love to come, I think.
How I Stay Motivated:
It's hard for me to stay motivated. May be it's like that because I'm afraid of getting laughed at. Please help me with that!

Oh, I so empathize with you - I hope you get to feeling completely better. I have a few more days on the antibiotic myself. Please let me know how it goes
thanks for the compliment! i have been slacking lately because of college mid-terms...but i am gonna jump back on the horse soon! how is your stuff going?
not today, my Green Bay Packers are on today:) gonna watch the football game. I ran 5 miles this morning...burned off the cake i ate last night. oops! have a good day!
I don't know what to say - I am humbled. That means so much to me, and I'll keep your msg as motivation on those tough days when it's hard to juggle school, training and sleep. Your visits are energizing! How can I thank you?
First thank you for wishing to be friends and for your wonderful compliment and good wishes. Second, thank you for telling me the link didn't work - I was just featured in an article and I put that link up, so I need to fix the other. Third, thank you so much for wishing to vote for me and your support, that means a lot to me. Please keep in touch. The link follows. Please try to vote again!
I use to weigh 135 and smaller than you at one point in time. This was about 2 years ago. Make a habit of working out and develop a schedule and it becomes one of those things you have to do each day. Stick with it it will pay off!!! Good Luck!!!
