Why I Love It: i love to challenge myself and set goals high enough to where they seem almost impossible and prove everyone wrong by doing it sooner then planned
How I Stay Motivated: its this simple... focus on the next rep... while im doing it i think to myself "one more rep to get huge" then once i've gotten the rep, i do it again, and again... also, my two huge uncles keep me motivated by reminding me of my potential... So the injury that occured in August of last year, is finally over and done with.
I had surgery on my wrist, as mentioned in my last entry, but now I am finally back to lifting.
I don't lift as much as i used to though; not because I don't want to, but because I no longer have the same...

Ok, to start off, i do an hour of Cardio EVERY day, and Abs are hit every other day.

Monday- Chest&Triceps
Bench, Dumbell Bench, Dumbell fly's, cable fly's, tricep extension, tricep pushdowns, kickbacks, dips, skullcrushers, close grips, etc...

Tuesday- Legs
Squats, Lunges, calf raises,...

you're doing real . keep it up! i have a son the same age as you and he just started body building. i started at age 40 i will be doing NPC shows this year. im doing mr. buffalo in april and i will do the saratoga show to in april. i hope to see you there. keep lifting its the only way!!
