i saw my uncles making extreme progress and decided its what i want to do as well
Why I Love It:
i love to challenge myself and set goals high enough to where they seem almost impossible and prove everyone wrong by doing it sooner then planned
How I Stay Motivated:
its this simple... focus on the next rep... while im doing it i think to myself "one more rep to get huge" then once i've gotten the rep, i do it again, and again... also, my two huge uncles keep me motivated by reminding me of my potential... Uncle Max has a profile on here, hes Nailimixam3
BB Accomplishments:
No competition record YET! but I hope to have my B/F% down low enough to compete soon
I'm only 16 years old and im bigger then most adults... i have more definition overall then i have ever had before.
Description: Me doing Deadlift with 300 lb. Yes i can do more but i only have 300 lb of weight right now, im getting more soon though, once i do ill update my video's.
Posing Video
Played: 652
Description: just a spir of the moment posing vid. didnt really plan out a routine or anything so i appear a little disorientated
So the injury that occured in August of last year, is finally over and done with.
I had surgery on my wrist, as mentioned in my last entry, but now I am finally back to lifting.
I don't lift as much as i used to though; not because I don't want to, but because I no longer have the same...
I'm glad you are ok from the accident. It's cool to see that you have continued to train around the injury. I have seen a good number of people stop lifting until they were totally healed. -Jeff
Wow! You have had one hard time after another. Well, just rehab and then back to the basics. Good luck, but I think you will bounce back in no time. Ssy thanks to good old muscle memmory!!
You did a good job with the impromptu posing video Joe. Your muscle size, shape and definition looks great and can be seen well without a tan. Keep training strong. -Jeff
Wow- lean ripped up build, great job especially for your age!!
