i first began working out when i was nine years old living at the trailer park. i would hang from peoples decks and do pullups and at recess i would do pushups. i did my first one arm pushup at 11 years old and then did ten more to boot. i stopped my working out for a long time but during the summer of '06 i started getting bored so i started lifting..my passion has grown tremendously since then and i plan to lift for the rest of my life.

i don't need to stay the motivated. i will be the best.

maxed out bench hit 255 easily 260 had a bit of stall until i tightened grip, took a hit of ammonia nailed 270 easily then got 275. am confident i would have gotten 280 if i didn't have some rotator cuff pain.
this is what i'm going to be following for the next 12 weeks it took 4 hours for me to write so here we go
Week 1: High Volume
dynamic effort lower
64%box squat 10 sets 2 reps
speed pulls off 2-4inch block 50% 10 singles
rev hyper 4x8
one leg squat 4x10
db rows 4x6

what exercises do you do to bring about more definition in your arms?
even though you cant spot train there :/
