i first began working out when i was nine years old living at the trailer park. i would hang from peoples decks and do pullups and at recess i would do pushups. i did my first one arm pushup at 11 years old and then did ten more to boot. i stopped my working out for a long time but during the summer of '06 i started getting bored so i started lifting..my passion has grown tremendously since then and i plan to lift for the rest of my life.

maxed out bench hit 255 easily 260 had a bit of stall until i tightened grip, took a hit of ammonia nailed 270 easily then got 275. am confident i would have gotten 280 if i didn't have some rotator cuff pain.
this is what i'm going to be following for the next 12 weeks it took 4 hours for me to write so here we go

I had a guy tell me some sh.. about him ruining his back with deadlifts.. he was like "yeah when i tell people da get mad"... I was like well maybe its you and not them?.. Sh.. maybe u should shut up?.. I mean sh.. da sh.. HEAVY.. and sh.. happens?.. I am getting stronger with my grip?.. makes a big difference.. Plus da video left on my deadlift page help also?.. whts up?
Thnks.. Great advice.. I am gona stick with 200 right now till i put on some weight(cur.156).. Deadliftin 200 is really easy for me?.. But i have been reading i need to be heavier to lift more safely?..
Whts up?.. i brought a pair of gloves and am using a 2hand overgrip (deadlift).. Its my favorite lift.. I hadnt maxed yet i only been doing it 3 weeks.. so far i am at 200pds-3setsx10reps

what exercises do you do to bring about more definition in your arms?
even though you cant spot train there :/
