Bro, your dedication and hardwork shows in the ripped physique u have built. I have no doubt u will make serious mass gains after ur Urbanathlon. Good luck! BTW what kind of cardio program did u use to get ripped to shreds?

I've all but dropped cardio these last couple of months to put on some mass. Trying to eat clean though. Planning on starting back with cardio 45 min 3x/wk when i hit 190#.

Abs look awesome. lower abs difficult for most i think. carving out that line between the obliques and rectus, i think, is the key. side lying oblique crunches (sorta like in P90X) works for me. i also like weighted roman chair situps to build up that lower ab "V". hope that helps--not that u need any!

thanks for the encouragement. last several weeks have been making consistent gains. diet isn't as clean, but i don't think i'm gaining too much fat. hope ur training is going well. later!

what up bro! really gave up all the cardio except high intensity interval training once/wk. trying to gain mass and couldn't doing cardio 4-5x/wk.
