I strictly follow the Lee Labrada Nutrition program. It works! Watch the 3 Labrada videos below.
I eat 6 small meals per day. A meal every 3 hours. Meals always consist of a red meat, fish or chicken with whole grain rice. Lots of vegetables & fruit daily. I drink approximately 3 gallons of skim milk per week. A minimum of 1 gallon of water daily. Never any sugar. Eat 10 egg whites per day from Eggology in California.
