I am sick of being FAT! I have tried for many years but never been dedicated. My husband is coaching and supporting me in every step now and I know I can do this!
Why I Love It:
I am enjoying the change! Its not what I want or fast enough but hey I didn't get FAT over night Right!
How I Stay Motivated:
My health being an issue, walking in front of a mirror. My husband and my kids cheering me on. Then I just lost my grandmother and I want to make her proud of me for finally getting to where I need to be!

Goal (Long):
I am looking to be at 145 but my husband says 165. In a size 9, 10. Be in GREAT health and to walk 2 miles with out being out of breath.
To lower my BP, and cholesterol to good levels and to correct the boarder line diabetes.
We had a great day! We went to the Pier and fished for a while and we each got something! Nothing to write about really but at least we got something. I spent a lot of time playing in the wind with my hair and take pictures. Then we just hung out until dinner! We ate out and sat outside on the...
Well Monday to Friday my husband and I go to the Gym after work.
Monday Cardio, Chest,ABS, Bi's and Tris
I am currently doing about 35 pounds on the machines and a little more of the free weights. I am new to free weights so the husband is my Guide!
I just dropped by to say, "you absolutely rock!" I want to congratulate you on all of your hard work and what you have accomplished to this point. Continue to push yourself, maybe even out of your comfort zone, to be the best that you can be and I am sure the hard work will be well worth the effort. I look forward to watching as you transform right before our eyes.
Looks like you're getting to your goal pretty quick. Your weight looks like it's getting pretty well. Keep it up. I'm about to lose a few pounds for a weight lifting competition. lol c ya around.

You should just throw that scale out the window!! Remember you're gaining muscle and losing inches so it probably won't show up on the scale!! I think if you look at your pics side by side you'll see the difference. Clothes are always the best indicator! You look great!
