How I Started: I am sick of being FAT! I have tried for many years but never been dedicated. My husband is coaching and supporting me in every step now and I know I can do this!
Why I Love It: I am enjoying the change! Its not what I want or fast enough but hey I didn't get FAT over night Right!
How I Stay Motivated: My health being an issue, walking in front of a mirror. My husband and my kids cheering me on. Then I just lost my grandmother and I want to make her proud of me for finally getting to where I need to be!

Main Goal: Transform My Body
Goal (Short): NEW UPDATED GOAL By Jan 25th 2008 to be 220 in a 14 showing some muscle outlines! Well I didn't make my goal fully! Its below but I did start seeing my Collar bones again, and my 16's are getting kinda baggy!! LOL! So we are getting there. By Chr
Goal (Long): I am looking to be at 145 but my husband says 165. In a size 9, 10. Be in GREAT health and to walk 2 miles with out being out of breath. To lower my BP, and cholesterol to good levels and to correct the boarder line diabetes.
Weight Goal: I want to LOSE 90 lb
Bodyfat Goal: 15%

You should just throw that scale out the window!! Remember you're gaining muscle and losing inches so it probably won't show up on the scale!! I think if you look at your pics side by side you'll see the difference. Clothes are always the best indicator! You look great!
