My goal is to gain as much weight as I can and maintain it.
Goal (Long):
All my life I've been the skinny guy. Id love for once in my life not to be the little one. My main goal is to weight 190lbs. Hopefully with the support and my determantion I can get there by the end of the year.
Weight Goal:
I want to GAIN 50 lb

Well ive been working out 4-5 days a week since Jan. I mind you, thats the longest ive actually worked out for. Ive seen some progress I think. Im just gettin to the point were im beging to get burnt out. Just curious if other peeps have the same feeling or even had advice...
that's what i heard,gaining weight is more difficult than losing.I'll see that in a couple of months myself.But don't give up,keep at it and stay on top of your game.
