It's going great. Finished my keto and lost a total of 8 lbs. I'll pick it up again, but i've been working some late shifts and it's been messing up my diet. So i'm on a maintenance mode. As long as i don't gain i'll be ok.
Always! Gained some fat back due to not eating often enough, but yes I'm back on track (and I managed to gain some muscle, too). Glad to know your pysched about everything on your end - keep it up!

Hi, thanks for dropping by! Actually, I've been having trouble sticking with my regimen the last couple weeks - been extremely busy and I'm not eating with the consistency that I need to. Turning things around this week and heading back in the right direction! How is everything going for you?
Great! I know how busy schedules can be. The trick is scheduling the rest of your life around your training/nutrition, not the other way around. You've got to make it Priority #1!
