My wife (bodyspace name: judimax) and I not only needed body transformations but got them using the Body for Life program, which is only 12 weeks. I lost over 50 lb’s and went from 36% bodyfat to 10% and my wife had great results herself. If you are interested I recommend you give it a look-see. It isn’t super easy nor so hard that you can’t achieve your goals. I wish you strength, determination and success and if we can be of assistance feel free to give either of us a yell.
