Circuit training and cardio
Currently I do a 4 day split circuit routine with HITT training on Satudays. I fully believe in active rest and walk my dog Bella at least 3-4 times per week mornings/evenings and rarely sit down. I'm typically doing house/yard work on my off days.

I drink LOTS of water. Eat lean proteins (lots of chicken, turkey, fish). I stay away from additives as much as possible. Lots of fresh vegetables and fruit, greek yogurt, unsweetened almond milk. Healthy fats such as raw nuts, avocados, and olive oil. I LOVE to cook and do so often! Most people don't even realize how healthy the food I feed them is because it is so yummy :)

Taking supplements aides in reaching goals!
Fat Burners, Isopure protein shakes, BCAAs, Glutamine, CLA, and multivitamins. Also, ZMA at bedtime for recovery and restful sleep.
