hey there, impressive work. are you thinking of going pro? im caught up in work stuff but have always thought of how cool it would be to actually have self-fitness as my "job". you are obviously much closer to being pro than me. keep up the great work. em

glad to hear you wont let kids get in the way of your fitness. just make sure you keep focus. after our babies my wife and i were so stressed that it took a serious toll on our bodies. i used to say the same as you and i did not live up to it. now we are back but i has been a long road. stay young.

fantastic job with the 50lbs. im on my way as well. i worked in fitness sales part-time for a while and might start training again. right now i just want to be my own success story! There is not greater selling point then when you've "been there and done that." way to go man!

so i've been trying to see what i would look like at different weights. im at 230 right now. being 5.8' has your doctor ever given you a set weight you should be. mine told me i should be around 175. i don't know if i'll ever be able to do that...

your resolve is remarkable. i've always had trouble with my weight but never really been skinny. it is sad in retrospect, in college i had a body i would love to have now but i still gave myself such a hard time about feeling "fat." it sounds like you are gonna make some serious gains man. keep up the enthusiasm.

hey there, your pics are great. i love the ones in black. did you have to pay a lot for the professional shots? when i get to the point where i might actually feel ready for good pics, how do i find a photographer who won't laugh in my face...

i know it sounds sad but having a baby can be one of the most depressing situations as far as fitness. at least it was for my wife and me. we just lost ourselves in the daily grind. dont let it happen to you. what my wife and i always remind eachother is that we wont be any good for our babies (or each other) if we are not taking care of ourselves... tough to balance it...
