i just can't handle accepting that i'm getting old, so this helps me hold onto the precious youth i have left!

How I Stay Motivated:
it's all about going farther, faster, stronger than yesterday. i try to lift heavier, ride faster, run farther everytime so that i can feel the blood flowing...
BB Accomplishments:
Joined the 1000# club: 1 bench, 1 squat, 1 deadlift, 1000# of steel moved combined. Put on 20 pounds of size, now shredding it down for that uber-sexy beach bod just in time for summer!

i keep track of all my workouts using the workout tracker. tonight was ****ing SEXY! great back workout to loosen things up (even though i needed more, my partner wanted to work arms)...biceps kicked ass, starting to love preacher curls...dead lifts...dead lifts...nuff said! 315...
It's gonna be interesting. But after losing to Bama, I'm just hoping the Gators show up to play. Their offense, surprisingly, has been their weak link all year.
Matt, get that motivation level back up. Forget about "feeling" it. Get your @$$ moving amigo. Be a Nike guy.....JUST DO IT. You know the drill...motivation won't get you there. But a stubborn determination, persistence & consistency will.

Hey Matt, Been pretty overhwelmed with work, mom, 2 houses to deal with, etc. I haven't been in the gym however the diet has been relatively clean. Yes, you can come here and kick my butt clear into next week for that! I'll be moving to Cleveland, OH by the end of the year to follow my job.
