Goal (Long):
Growing up, I was very active: dance, gymnastics, swimming, skating, and years of martial arts up to black belt. However, a lung condition (Lacking air capacity due to scar tissue) threatens a more sedentary lifestyle, which I am looking to combat.
I don't need to lose weight, there is not much there to lose. I eat a generally healthy diet by choice. This is not a dramatic lifestyle overhaul for me, I started pretty well. When I'm active, I feel good. I'm more productive and energetic, and I love it!
I'm looking to expand my experience with workout programs that work and produce amazing results!
Though I have never been in her situation, I can't begin to express how much Lauren's story inspires me. The true meaning of strength, and mind over matter. She is an excellent role model for all the girls out there who have ever struggled with weight and self image issues. Way to go Lauren!
oh my fault. I was wondering if you said that but I was to lazy to hit the back button to look!!! don't kill me! sheesh. a PhD. ugh. too much school! but you only really need a masters to teach part time don't you?

What does a degree in history have in store for your future?

well you gotta be a little lenient, this is a bodybuilding site(extra testosterone). being a female on here is indeed going to get attention. but if you don't want the attention then remember to not post a pic of you in lingerie, oiled up and holding a plate with a 24 oz steak and potatoes..lol.
LOL. I've been better, just waiting to heal so I can get back to heavy lifting.. Well lady I think you should put a list of things we(us the fans) can ask you. because I obviously violated two on that list. I bet dates get interesting when you hand out one of those bad boys! :) jk
