For day 1 of P90X - Also the end of my Ten Minute Trainer cycle. I feel amazing at this weight and size, I just want to tone from here in the best way possible. My hair hiding the fact that my eye is zombie-red :(

Goal (Long):
Growing up, I was very active: dance, gymnastics, swimming, skating, and years of martial arts up to black belt. However, a lung condition (Lacking air capacity due to scar tissue) threatens a more sedentary lifestyle, which I am looking to combat. I don't need to lose weight, there is not much there to lose. I eat a generally healthy diet by choice. This is not a dramatic lifestyle overhaul for me, I started pretty well. When I'm active, I feel good. I'm more productive and energetic, and I love it! I'm looking to expand my experience with workout programs that work and produce amazing results!

Thanks. I boxed for a while, integrated with weights, but found it to be hard on the elbows--great workout though. I am now working P90x into my routine. I love the plyo and ab ripper workouts.

I've been good. Just super busy at work and doing lots of workouts. We have a gym at work so I work out twice a day most days. What workout are you doing? I didn't check.
