What chest workout has worked best for you?
Not too much you can do besides your basic movements. However I was slowing way down on incline bench, so I tried the hammer strength incline. Almost instantly I saw huge gains again.

What bicep workout has worked best for you?
With biceps it's weird for me i'll go through peroids of fast growth then stop. So I try to change it up every 5-6 weeks, that seems to keep a pretty steady pace of growth.
