Not too much you can do besides your basic movements. However I was slowing way down on incline bench, so I tried the hammer strength incline. Almost instantly I saw huge gains again.

What tricep workout has worked best for you?
Just basic tricep movements. I usally keep triceps at a high rep with as much weight as possible. I also have added dips at the end of each lift which seems to add significantly to chest as well as tri's.Just basic tricep movements. What bicep workout has worked best for you?
With biceps it's weird for me i'll go through peroids of fast growth then stop. So I try to change it up every 5-6 weeks, that seems to keep a pretty steady pace of growth.
Yup I was the Property Manager at Heritage Green. I love the Columbus area. I met Forrest a few times and he is an awesome guy. Kinda intimidating when you only stand 5'3 120 pounds next to him though lol
Yup. I love it down here. Lovin the summer weather. Almost 90 out every day, can't complain. Where do you train in Columbus? I worked for 4 months in Hilliard and trained out there.
hey i thought i replied to u!!! i love p90x but u have to assisted with cardio, supplements and a CLEAN diet. no alcohol at all. p90x comes with a little book that talks about nutrition and sample meals. i recommended is similar to the zone diet. (people who practice crossfit training do it). its awesome. its hard!!!!! this is my 3rd round and is still hard!!!!

I had an awesome workout yesterday but the day before I totally crapped out mid workout with my trainer. He had me doing some very intense stuff and I couldn't hang. I think I was hitting it too hard!
Yup it definetly is. Especially because the UFC is real big on supporting the military. They even held a fight on a base close to my house. Couldn't go though because it was for active duty military only.
I just watched that fight again on Spike the other night. Randy handled him! I'm actually not in the military, a good friend of mine is so I went with him.
oooh, did I miss you again? so sorry. So far the workouts have been going pretty well. I do have physical therapy tomorrow, and I am hoping they will say it is okay to resume my usual workouts as before the accident
Hey :) I met Randy a couple years ago at a Marine Corps base. He is my absolute favorite! I was shaking so bad when I met him, and he was such a sweetheart. I also met Rampage, Sean Sherf and Cheik Kongo. Cool pic with Forrest, he is one hell of a fighter!
