Hey bro, if you want to gain in weight, you have to comsume more calories than your body uses. Axis-HT from BSN helped me gain some weight, but you have to get plenty of protein, carbs and ofcause some good fat :).

Hvor kommer du fra siden du snakker dansk mens der står du er located i Southafrica? Here's the best supps I've used: BSN's N.O.-Xplode BSN's Syntha 6 (protein) BSN's cellmass (kreatin) My program is like this: day 1: Chest, Biceps, Abs, front shoulder day 2: (Calves, Quads, Glutes)=Legs, lower back day 3: Upper back, Triceps, Back shoulder, traps day 4: Rest day 5: start from day 1 again. That's the best program I've had. Good luck bro ;)

Hey Emil, my stats are: Height: 178 cm Weight: 79-80 kg Max in benchpress: 117,5 kg Those are the only stats I really have. Other than that I use BSN's Cellmass and N.O.-Xplode combined with som regular whey protein. Other than that my diet is pretty much like this: High in carbs, high in protein(2 grams pr. bodyweight(kg).
