amaral5 Hey thanks for adding me as a friend, Zach & for your great comments. I guess what really helped me lean out is a better understanding of nutrition; not just what to eat, but when to eat it. Plus learning to do carb cycling really helped me drop fat. My abs aren't as ripped as yours, at least not yet, but I'm still working on it :) Mar 9, 2011 11:40am
