How I Started: FIRST OFF I HAVE TO SAY I AM NOT FROM GA IM REALLY FROM THE GREAT STATE OF TX HOWEVER DUE TO MY HUSBAND BEING ACTIVE I'M HERE IN GA!


My husband's in the army etc so he works out all the time and he got me a personal trainer to show me the way! Ever since then i've been addicted.
Why I Love It: Its one of the only things that make me feel good knowing that I myself put in that much effort to help myself does that make sense?
To see your accomplishments over time is the best feeling!
How I Stay Motivated: Change up my music, I see all these fit women in the gym and I'm not invious instead I hope that one day I can be like them.
I take pics of myself and put them side by side to see my acomplishments
BB Accomplishments: I've lost about 30 pounds in less then a year

So I started a new workout which by the way is it wrong for a woman to do the same workout as a dude with less weight of course?

Anyways we had a killer legs day on Sunday and I bout threwup from pushin myself so hard but my legs look great!

I just wanna get away from the distractions at...

No way is it wrong to do the same workout as a man. There is nothing stating a man has to workout one way and a woman has to workout another way. Whatever works for you. Good luck !

Oh yeah, i know what you mean! People don't even think i have kids much less a 15 yr old! LOL. She just started working part time at the gym i attend, very cool! She is so proud of her first job! She works in the daycare, she loves kids. Yeah, i feel ya on the lack of sleep. It does affect the training.

Hi Elsa! Fathers day was alright, got to spend time with my dad...it was a busy weekend with so many things going on though. My youngest daughter turned 2, other daughters had dance recitals and then fathers day. How about yours? Oh, i feel ya on the bad eating...lol. I will be glad to start cutting.

Yeah, i will have to play around with the cables. They seem to be harder to control the movement, i guess cause i'm not used to it. I do like the smith machine though and started doing the glute/butt exercise out of the current Oxygen mag. Going to add it 2xs a week to my current routine.

LMAO! That would be something i would have done! LOL. I get mine done at a gym that my sister attends, i'm not a member there but they are nice enough to do it for free.
