Goal (Long):
I am a very small teen, most friends are in very good shape and have at least 30-40lbs on me. Im gonna try to catch up with them and be able to keep up with them.
Alright, when golf season ends I will find a gym and work my ass off until the beginning of golf season of next year. Currently looking for a gym, most likely one that has some friends there so i can work out with them and have me keep on working hard and not slacking. I will be on a clean bulk...

i used to play almost every day, maybe 5 times a week. Now, i play once or twice a week. I find it good for digestion lol. I'm playing alright at the moment, ball is going long. I hit driver half wedge into first hole today,470 yard hole. As you train more, lifting won't affect your golf as much, as long as you stay flexible. I'm up to 190lbs now, and i'm as flexible as i was at 160lbs. Good luck!

Basically its just a program focusing on the 3 big compound lifts, bench, squat and deadlift. You also do rows, military press.
