Pretty impressive bench press vid. If you start to employ some disciplined powerlifting techniques, at your weight, you could take home some titles at powerlifting events.

Yep. I do. For time's sake and to keep my heart rate up, all my sets are super sets. I get really pissed at people who seem to have no clue that anybody else other than them is in the gym and they sit on machines while they are resting. These are usually people who just started working and who previously would have refered to guys like me as "muscle heads." Now they are just in my way and expect me to accomodate them!
