How I Started:
Started working out very early...around 11 or 12 years old. Just picked up muscle mags and lifted in my house. Then a gym opened right across the street from my house and I was hooked.
Why I Love It:
My body has always responded nicely and quickly to physical stimulation. It's great having daily affirmative bio-feedback and its a great stress reliever
How I Stay Motivated:
Even if I didn't have a desire to compete, I would still work out regularly and intensely. I am most motivated by my desire to simply remain healthy.

Goal (Long):
I compete mainly against myself. Living up to my personal standards will always be the first goal. I may compete in a bodybuilding event again sometime, but I'm more interested in lifting and getting stronger. Short term, my goal is to improve my strength as measured by a 420lb Bench, 650lb deadlift, and 600lb squat by the end of April 2008.
Why I like this video: Body control, muscle control, strength and flexibility on display. And downright sexy too!

Why I like this video: Because, on the one hand, most of my work colleagues are scared to death of me because I'm big and black....on the other hand, because of their unfounded fear, and subsequent behavior, I often want to do to them what Terry Tate does in this video. Ironic I guess?
My focus for the next 6 months is on improving my power, strength, and speed. So my workouts consist of mostly powerlifting techniques. Structure is as follows:

ROFLMAO! This is why I promised myself to always be conscious NOT to get the ever infamous "Auditor's Butt" - achieved by sitting lonnnnng hours at work. I'm sure u'll handle it... i.e. work it off. OH - unless u got "Consultant's Spare Tire Syndrome"? *smile*
