Background
Started working out very early...around 11 or 12 years old. Just picked up muscle mags and lifted in my house. Then a gym opened right across the street from my house and I was hooked.
My body has always responded nicely and quickly to physical stimulation. It's great having daily affirmative bio-feedback and its a great stress reliever

DAY FOCUS
Mon AM: Max Effort Day- Lower Body; PM: Stretching
Tue AM: Choice day- Various Assistance Muscles; PM: light Cardio
Wed AM: Max Effort Day-Upper Body; PM: Stretching
Thurs High Intensity Cardio (1 evening session)
Fri AM: Dynamic Effort Day-Lower Body; PM: Stretching
Sat Endurance Cardio (One long session)
Sun Dynamic Effort Day-Upper Body and Stretching
Physique is not much of a focus for me but is still on the table in some respects. In general, though I'm training for power. I still want to look good and HAVE to stay relatively slim (Powerlifters generally don't look good in a business suit). So I still pursue the goal of staying below 10% bodyfat.
