How I Started:
In my sophmore year of high school, i weighed about 225. Mostly fat, I didn't care what I ate. I became very self-conscious and it made me very depressed. I then started to starve myself, and run massive amounts everyday thinking I was doing it right. I wasn't. I started to workout, but it didn't last long. I went from 225 to about 160. Then last March I started to eat right and read how to eat right and learn nutrition. That's where I am now.
Why I Love It:
Feeling healthy, and it is amazing to change your body.
How I Stay Motivated:
Looking at pictures of cholesterol filled arteries.

killed my shoulders tonight, i have never felt them so pumped and tired

 

it is amazing how your mind plays such a big role in working out, the emotions and anger you can use to help you give you that mental edge to tear up the weights
