Thanks bro, just keep in mind if you are trying to get shredded, weight lifting is still important because the more muscle you have the more fat you will burn throughout each day!

Thanks, luckily, the definition has not been the struggle, its the weight. But I've been working on new nutrition plans and workouts, and its started to pay off.
