How I Started:
During a two year weight loss change from 354 pds to the 250, My body was just loose with skin. Walking was not a prequisite anymore. I need to become toner. So, I joined the gym!
Why I Love It:
It has become a part of my life. I am excited to see the different changes also.

I came in second place at the Gold's Gym New Year New You Weight Loss Challenge!I lost more than 130 pounds.

Hi Erica. well,I have not logged unto bodybuilding becuase I've been a bit busy.Last Saturday I did a 15 mile bike and a 1.5m run(all in 59 minutes)before the week got crazy on me so my workouts have been weak since last weekend.It looks like you've had some great workouts!
