This was taken when i first decided to start working out. I weighed around 125lbs and was really skinny. I hated my body and decided to get bigger.
got back on the training after the holiday. i feel & look fuller than the previous pic. more defined too...time to take it even further!!

Wow, Elliot! You're really making some impressive gains. In just the last 2 years, you went from the weight I was when I started (125 lbs), to near where I am now. Absolutely amazing. Keep up the good work, my brother! You're going to look crazy by the time you're 25 years old.

I normally eat pretty clean with one or two cheat meals on the weekend. I'm not currently counting my protein/carbs/fats but I'm sure I'm getting more than 1 gram per body pound. I try not to eat carbs my last 2 to 3 meals of the day. -Ken
