How I Started:
Looking at photos of bodybuilders and seeing bodybuilders in real life when i went out made me want to start training!
Why I Love It:
I love bodybuilding but i hate working out! Its the rewards you get from the training that make it all worthwhile! Its nothing but pain in the gym but all people who exercise know how good you feel after a good workout! It takes 100% dedication and discipline!
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated because i know that i can always improve..there are always new goals to achieve! Strive to be the very best!
