How I Started: Looking at photos of bodybuilders and seeing bodybuilders in real life when i went out made me want to start training!
Why I Love It: The feeling you get in the gym..the confidence you can gain by feeling good about yoursalf and knowing that the goals you achieve are down to you..and you can always improve!
How I Stay Motivated: I stay motivated because i know that i can always improve..there are always new goals to achieve! Strive to be the very best!
