I Was freinds with a few lads who worked out in the gym and my dad has always encouraged me to use his bench at home. I guess that the two together are a big reason so thanks steve and jordan and thanks dad. It also helped to have a very knowlegeable gym instructor.
Why I Love It:
I love the pump, lifting big weight, and the atmosphere in the gym is generally good because we are all experiencing the same high.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated because when i see the results paying off i want to annouce it to everyone. Also the fact that i have my first competition in may coming up i know now that i am making good progress in size and strength.
BB Accomplishments:
i have benched 60kg, deadlifted 110kg and squated 110kg. (good for me) i started at bench 20kg, deadlift 40kg, and squat 25kg. PROGRESS!!!

Goal (Long):
For the whole time i have been coming to the gym all i have wanted to do was get stronger and geting big arms and a back came as a bonus to me but now i am fairly satisfied that i will keep getting stronger i want to concentrate on size and therefore i want to put on 50lbs of muscle from here to the time i am 20 which is five years. Hard yet Acheivable!!!
I know muscle works, no longer allow ladies in there. I cut down the poundage on my lifts because I bulk easily, I want to refine my look. Heaviest squat is 100kg, heaviest bench is 60kg and heaviest deadlift is 110kg. I'm working on staying a bit lean rather than adding mass.
well, make sure u get about 30 grams of protein in the morning as well as those carbs...always eat 20-25 grams every 2.5 hours, depending on ur bodyweight..
to bulk, eat pasta, chicken, tuna, fish, egg whites, oatmeal, sweet potatos, white potatos, peanut butter, hell anything u want thats low sugar and lowfat..get some trumass by bsn to add some lbs...then yell at me in a few monthes when u want to cut, ill hoook u up with a diet and workout.
ur back, delts, bis, tris all look great bro..hang in there, eat right, pound away heavy weight for at least 6-8 reps...rest enough and make sure to have enough recuperation time in between working the same bodypart...

From the initial period, I was doing a lot of cardio workout on the Elliptical. I was limiting my food consumption and i stop eating out at lunch and with friends. Do drink a lot of water. I hope that help for you.
