My brother suggested the body building lifestyle would be ideal for me to lose the weight and get the fitness that I want. He knows what he's talking about when it comes to fitness, so I'll take his word for it.
Why I Love It:
I'm still only just getting into it. But I enjoy the feeling of fitness after a workout (once I've stopped feeling like I'm going to die).

I weigh the most I've ever weighed in my life, and I dont like it!
Goal (Long):
I have sat back and watched the weight pile on over the last few years but any attempts to lose it are half hearted and fizzle out pretty quickly. I struggle with motivation in many areas of my life, not just with my weight loss, so it's something I'm trying to figure out. My initial goal was to lose 20 pounds before my graduation ball, but with the pressures of final year exams and projects I've actually just ended up putting more weight on. So right now I just want to lose some weight, any weight and try to get back on track.
What do you think about people who "grunt" loudly while working out? Do you do it?
I dont normally make any noise, but I do pull funny faces when lifting heavy weights.

What type of outfit do you usually wear when you workout? Why?
Right now I wear sweat trousers (I dont like my legs so I keep them covered) and an old baggy t-shirt because they're comfortable and I can move easily in them (and I have plenty of them).
Well all of my weight loss goals went out the window over the last wee while as I've been busting a gut trying to pass my exams and get all my coursework done. Everything else in life has gone out the window, so today when I stepped on the scales I was horrified to find I now weigh 11.5 stone!...
Hey there! Thank you! Sorry for the late reply I was in Arizona for a week. How are you? All is good here. Hope you have a great week! Take care and best wishes! God bless!
Thank you for your reply and the very kind words you left. I sent you a PM explaining a bit more about BFL and I hope that no matter which method you choose you succeed in achieving your fitness goals.
We know where you are coming from & believe you have the inner strength to make your transformation dreams come true My wife (bodyspace name: judimax) went from a size 12/14 to a 4/6 and I lost over 50 lb’s and went from 36% to 10% bodyfat in only 12 weeks by following the Body for Life program. It’s not super easy but it’s still not so hard that you can’t reach your goals. We are both here for you if you wish to give us a yell.
