i lost 8lbs in 5days!! this is going great :)
i started working out in 2007 and really lost most of my 20lbs in 2008.. now i started '09 with a new goal.. i want to loose 10lbs and tighten my tummy, chest, back and arms... i think my legs are fine :]....
27-06-09:
-well mid way through the year and ive come a long way but not far enough! =0 )
i lost a lot of weight and in the ast 3 weeks gained 7lbs in muscle. I want to work my butt off for my first two goals! !. my Halloween photoshoot and 2. my 21st bday weekend! i want to look GOOD! so far i want to thank my significant other for his support (i love you hunny!) and person i now consider a very good friend CELIA for helping me through my most recent changes (best of luck on everything girl!!)... more chages are headed my way along with hard work and dedication... thanks for your suppor too!! =0 ) xoxo - Ellie
Why I Love It:
It keeps me active and healthy.. being lazy got me here to being over weight and not as driven as i should be...
How I Stay Motivated:
.. my motivation is my reflection.. and oxygen mag (fitness and bobybuilding for women)... my boyfriend helps me a lot too; he's a bodybuiler...
BB Accomplishments:
well i lost my first 20lbs and toned up a little... **5/31/09 i finally got off the 155+ mark. weighing in at 151 lbs & 22% bmi!!**

Goal (Long):
***12/13/09- HI everyone! yeah i have been VERY lost! i have not done much in the past 2 months. anyway i am getting myself back together and trying to start over. my goal now is just to make it the first 3 weeks with a steady routine. :) *** 7-13-09: I Have been working my ass off (thankfully not ltterally!!) since Feb. of this year.I lost some weight but wasnt too hay with how my body was looking so i decided to hit the weights a little harder and rethink m strategy. I'm not a believer in having to weigh 99lbs to look great right now i weigh 158lbs and have a 29 inch waist. =0 )... I do want to model and have a photo shoot done by october (yes i am certified by a modeling agency BUT how many "big girls" do you see modeling out there??? On another note I have notice the changes in energy and mood levels: i can say i feel greatt most of the time... ANYWAY: my goal by ocober is to loose as much fat as possible and to begin to see my abs nicely (oh! and my arms defined!!) lol i'm tryin to be realistic... well feel free to msg me!! :)
My mission right now it to loose weight but i dont want to be skinny like a victoria secret model or built like a fitness champion (though i wouldnt mind but its not my style). I want to "thin-out" my upper body and waist line (waist goal @ 25") and keep my "cuban assets". A size 2 wont make me happy i dont need to see a size small in my entire wardrobe i like big hips and thighs that are shaped and toned.. am i confusing anyone??? lol long story short: i want to be at 140lbs measuring @ 32-25-43'' and i will be HAPPY!!
I need some tips on how to store my food (meats, veggies, etc) best and how to prep my meals or various days. Anything you that might help me out pleeeaase throw at me; I am not a lover of the kitchen so I do get stuck. :) being honest!
