BMC1129 Still not used to this forum's set-up, so here's a duplicate message. How are things going for you? Are you wrapping up LiveFit by now? I'm finishing up week 10 so imagine you are so close, if not already done. Not sure how I didn't notice this before, but just saw when posting to your profile tonight that you're in the Denver area. guest (Hopefully I'm posting correctly here!) So far I'm in the last few days of phase 2. Have come to realize I love the chest/abs workout which is today. Am gearing up for next week and am nervous about the diet changes...w/3 kids and unpredictable schedule, I can be derailed easily...esp. during a really low carb day. G/L with you! BMC1129 How did you manage in the gym so far with the HIIT active rests? Trying to gather a few ideas of what to sub in here if/when necessary. Jamie did mention doing "high knees" but not sure what those are? She also mentioned jumping or mountain climbers. I only run when chased and wish Spinning could be subbed for running. What have you found the most challenging so far? How are you planning for the carb cycling portion? Any ideas for any of this are most welcome. Feb 3, 2013 9:23pm
