How I Started:
A friend and I started to fool around challenging one another to some fitness bets. During the process I realized that I really liked it and kept up with it.
Why I Love It:
Working out gives me a natural high and makes me feel GREAT about myself. I love taking on new challenges and this one will ultimately benefit my well being.

The results are addictive and carnivals fuel me all year round ;)
