WBNATL Thanks bro. One of these weekends coming up, you're going have to come up to Tucker and workout with me. I'll show you a few things. One thing I noticed about your biceps...you have short biceps (I have long biceps. I would perfer to have the short, because you can really get those to peak high if you're working hard on them. A key evercise is concentration bicep movements and hammer curl....and go hard on those preacher curls. Apr 4, 2012 9:44am

WBNATL What fat? Man ou are lean. The real secret to abs is not what you do in the gym, it's what you do outside of the gym. Diet is the key element in building a good core and have your abs pop. Mar 21, 2012 8:20am
