How I Started:
Just wanted to gain some weight and mass.
Why I Love It:
It makes me feel good about myself, knowing I am doing what I am capable of. Seeing improvements is such an awesome feeling. And for once being able to throw around some weight.
How I Stay Motivated:
Just getting to work out every day is motivation enough. The results aren't bad though. Get in the zone and go.
BB Accomplishments:
Not a whole lot yet. gained 15+ pounds already though. I have added 50+ pounds to my bench and over 75 lbs. to my deadlift already. Where will it stop?

Goal (Long):
Well, I already hit my previous goal of 185, and I am still growing rapidly, so now my goal is 200lbs. I also want to get cut up pretty good and be as strong as I look, hopefully even stronger.
hey i have a bench and deadlift comp coming up this next weekend, i have never competed before and was wondering if anyone has any pointers to give me to do good. thanks for any help. jt
thanks bro....at the moment my bench seems to be at a standstill i can get 205 up and down for 6 but im struggling through it. i just want to touch the 225 for 5 thats my goal for the next 2 months.
