When I Started:
How I Started:
I started working out when I was 15 years old. Over the past 2 years I have definately taken my workouts to another level. This was my first year competing, and I love it!
Why I Love It:
I love to see progress in my body, as well as how it changes during competition season.
How I Stay Motivated:
I have 2 daughters, and everything I do they learn from. I want to be a positive influence for them and set a good example with a healthy lifestyle. I also love the results!

1st place, Figure D class - USA Naturals Bodybuilding, Fitness and Figure - August 16,2008

This was taken 10 weeks out from my first competition. I definately needed to put on muscle and practice posing.
This year I made the switch to the bikini class. This was backstage just before the night of the finals at the Jr Nationals in Chicago. This was my first national level competition.
