Mostly i got the idea to start bodybuilding from my big brother. At first i just wanted to get more ripped, but now i want to get bigger also! One of the other main reasons i started, is because of swimming. I love swimming and always will. I nearly perfected the freestyle stroke for the 500 meter swim, but my strength was lacking horribly, sooo, now i'm bodybuilding!!! Bring it on coach!!!
Why I Love It:
Because of the thrill and the results! I love the feel of being so terribly sore the next day after a hard workout! It tells me that i've done great. Even the pain of lifting those pounds is wonderful! haha! Also, seeing the changes from working out for weeks is such a good feeling... Anyone have any rly good workouts for a weightbench or free weights?

I owe this one all towards swimming, once again. I can't wait till swim season!

Well, the worst thing ever happened just recently... I crashed my bike... ARGH!!! I ended up tearing the skin off my right palm of my hand (ouch), scraping my left elbow rly badly, scraping my left hip badly, & my toe was scraped also. soooo... i will not be able to get a workout in...

Wow bro that was back in April when I commented. Swimming tones your muscles, thats why you are so smoothe and lean, but if you increase weight training or combine it with calisthenics, you will see a significant change of growth. You look good but I know you want to bulk up. This will work for you. If you got any questions feel free to ask. Keep up the good work bro.
Buddy, you dont know what you got going on. Swimming in combination with weights will blow you away. You need to superset in the gym for about 30 minutes and the do lap sprints to fatigue. I promise you that you will grow rapidly, and purely cut up. However, it can have an effect on your speed in the water. I was a diver and assisted in relays. The combination do work. Give it a try.
