Do you eat small frequent meals? I eat 6 small meals a day...that keeps you metabolism reved.

PATIENCE....i had to learn it myself. change something up, even the smallest change can make a difference. but your getting there, so just know that. i see changes. I am good...im back in contest prep for these photo shoots so its hard rt now but thats okay...I LIVE FOR THIS
