well i kinda hurted myself but i did what i could...

glute: 50pbs. 5reps.20x

leg press:25pbs. 3reps.15x 45pbs. 4reps 20x

curls: 10pbs. 4reps 15x

bench pres: 10pbs. 5reps 15x

abs:68pbs 5reps. 20x

after that i kinda stretch wrong and hurted my back... so i will relax util saturday...
