My principal motivation was driven by sports... I was super small when I started at 118lbs. No doubt an ectomorph... No male in my family is over 155lbs. I have incredibly Small joints, narrow clavicles, long limbs, and definitely do NOT have the genetics for packing on weight easily. Nothing, absolutely nothing comes easy... Every pound, every inch is gained through the furnace of affliction!!!
Why I Love It:
It's a passion...a lifestyle.
How I Stay Motivated:
It's simply a way of life. It feels foreign not to train...

Placing in the first four shows...I'm never satisfied and helping others live a healthy lifestyle is what it's all about
How has bodybuilding and fitness helped you in your career?
Actually I think it or I allowed it to hinder a former career. I believe there were some that felt I was too focused on my 'personal' life and felt it negatively impacted my career.
I believe in starting the week out with legs. I'm fresh, my mind is keen, and there's a psychological win to it. Admit it. Legs will get you if you're not ready. It's not a matter of "getting it out of the way", but there's accomplishment in training the hardest most painful...

Wow, amazing cuts. Just incredible definition. Do you sta lean all year round? Or do you bulk before contests and then lean out to be on stage?
