Swimming, because it works the whole body.

What is your cardio exercise plan?
I'm a triathlete so I swim bike and run 3x per week. During a 4 week period I usually pick one event to focus on and will add extra sessions. Do you monitor your heart rate while doing cardio?
Yes
Do you use a heart rate monitor? Which one?
Sometimes; don't know what kind it is though. I usually just take in periodically so I know how my body is responding.
What heart rate do you aim for while doing cardio? Why?
Depends on the type of workout I'm doing. Easy days I stay around 140, med--160 and Hard interval days I'll jump to 180-190 during the hard sets.
