How I Started:
My girlfriend used to be a powerlifter and got me into it earlier this year. Her goals have changed from lifting heavy to running. I started to gain weight, and still love to lift heavy, but I don't want to put on sloppy weight/muscle.

did you go to the gym today? I did 4 miles tuesday, 3.5 miles yesterday, and 3.5 miles 2day. I did weights all three days and I'll be doing lots of stairs in the am. I'll weigh in on wen. Have a good weekend.
