Thats a good thing have a smile too. As for me training is going well adding more size minus the the bodyfat. Im doing another competition But not so much a bodybuilding comp. More a spring break time comp. 1000 cash prize for 1st place plus a photoshoot with a new zealand surf magazine plus a surfboard and alcohol spot prizes. Theres a bikini jam for the guys to perve at and the one im entering in is speedo jam for the ladies lol Its summertime here the comp is in 8 weeks end of December 2009
